Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel with no penalty, after 48 hours you are subject to a cancelation fee equal to 50% of your booked services. If you No Call/No Show or Cancel Same Day for your appointment, you are responsible for 100% of your booked service cost. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
